Slava Fedossenko

Slava Fedossenko is the Director of Commercial Asset Management for Avenue Living, based in Edmonton, AB. Over a 10 year career in the commercial real estate industry, Slava has worked in brokerage as well as the landlord side, most recently at Avenue Living for 5 years. Prior to that, over his 4+ year tenure with Endurance Equities, Slava grew into a property management role in addition to leasing manager. Slava completed the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation through ICSC in 2019, as well as the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) program through Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in 2021. Slava is the Advisory Panel Lead for Consumer Real Estate Canada, an industry association formed in the early days of the Covid pandemic in April 2020. His interests include playing and writing music on his bass guitar, skiing, powerlifting, and traveling. Born in Kiev, Slava is a proud Ukrainian.
